STEP 1/8
Place in saucepan and stock with anchovies and kelp
I used a tea bag for broth
Drain the broth with the ingredients at home!
If you have shiitake mushroom pillars, it's good to put them in
I tend to make the broth whenever I want
If you make the broth and use it, use it
STEP 2/8
I bought clams that they sell in bags
I heard it's almost done, but just in case
I put a spoonful of salt in the water and let it go for 1-2 hours
Here's a tip! It's how to prepare clams
Drop the clams on the floor like you're throwing them
Empty clams open weakly and can pick out spoiled clams! I learned this before, too
STEP 3/8
I rub the clams in the sea and wash them several times
Slice the vegetables while the broth boils
Crush the garlic with the back of the knife and you're ready
I like the clams because they're so fresh
Every food tastes better when the ingredients are fresh
STEP 4/8
Put carrots and pumpkins in the broth first
If you have potatoes, it's better if you add them
If you want to use potatoes, cut them, soak them in water, and use them, right? The soup gets thick
But it's because I'm cooking comfortably
It's okay if you just cut it and put it in! LOL
STEP 5/8
1T of soy sauce, 0.5T of salt, and a little bit of pepper
You can adjust the salt to your liking
If you season it with soy sauce, the soup gets dark
I seasoned the rest with salt
STEP 6/8
A lot of people make dough at home
I'm too lazy
Kalguksu noodles sold in the market come out so well
Put the noodles in a boiling pot!
Here's a tip! The soup can get thick because of the kalguksu flour, so shake off the flour or boil it once and put it in
It's annoying to blanch it once, so I roughly put it on the sieve and put it in^^
STEP 7/8
When the noodles are half cooked
Add clams, garlic, green onions, and cheongyang peppers and boil them until the noodles are fully cooked!
If you have onions at home, cut them and put them in
I happened to fall off the onion
STEP 8/8
Remove impurities while boiling
Because clams are living things, bubbles float
Removal is essential for a clean soup. :-)
I put in about 2T of Mirim!
If it smells fishy, I put it in to catch
If you have Mirim at home, try using it
Drop the clams on the floor like you're throwing them
Empty clams open weakly and can pick out spoiled clams! I learned this before, too
