Making it easy in a pressure cooker for abalone porridge
Soft and light porridge is often eaten for breakfast at my house. But if you stand and stir for a long time to boil porridge, your shoulders hurt and your hands burn because the hot porridge pops up while you stir the porridge...Picking porridge is quite tricky and cumbersome. But using a pressure cooker, you can cook porridge easily and easily even in busy mornings.

Cooking Steps

Remove the clean abalone shell using a rice spoon, then cut the intestines, cut lengthwise, and remove the teeth.

Cut the abalone into bite-size pieces. The price of abalone has become nice these days, so I prepared a lot.

Place the trimmed abalone in a pressure cooker, add two pinch of salt and sesame oil, and stir-fry slightly with abalone intestines.

Stir-fry the glutinous rice soaked in a pressure cooker, then add 6 times the water of glutinous rice and heat it over high heat.
STEP 5/6
Turn off the heat when the pressure cooker reaches the end.

After removing the pressure, I opened the lid, and the delicious abalone porridge was completed. If it's this simple method, there's no problem making abalone porridge even in the busy morning, right?
