Smoked Salmon Sake

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/5
Add 50ml of water, half an onion, 4T soy sauce, 4T oligosaccharide, and 1 cheongyang pepper and boil until the onion is soft.

Place braised onions and soy sauce on top of white rice.
STEP 4/5
Put smoked salmon on top of it.
STEP 5/5
Garnish with onions, pickled radish, and radish sprouts.
Don't put too much soy sauce on the rice from the beginning and add it as you taste it
