Prepare the ingredients.
1. Cut off the neck, tail, and wing tips of the chicken.
2. Wash the foreign substances inside, too.
3. Peel the ragged chicken, too.

Place the trimmed chicken in a large pot.

Please add the herbal medicine for samgyetang, too.

Add garlic, please.

Pour enough water to cover the chicken and bring to a boil over high heat, lower to medium heat, and bring to a boil.
Remove the foam from time to time.

Prepare a sauce to eat with the meat while the chicken is boiling.
Amount of seasoning ingredients:
Add 1 thick red pepper powder, 1 chicken soup, 2 dark soy sauce, 1 vinegar, 1/2t sugar, 1/2T minced garlic, 1/2T chopped green onion, 1/2T soft mustard and mix well.

When the chicken is boiled enough, remove the herbal medicine pack and chicken, add chives to the chicken soup, blanch them for about 10 seconds, and then remove them.

Put the completed chicken and chives and pour hot chicken soup on them, and it's done.

You can bring the finished sauce in a small bowl.
Chicken soup has 80% chicken touch.
You need to remove chicken tail and clean your stomach to make the soup taste clean.
