Purple summer delicacy. Soft and savory eggplant
I personally don't like the texture of the eggplant when it's not fully cooked. Eggplant greens that are lightly seasoned after steaming are one of the summer side dishes that can't be left out It's very simple, but I recommend it as a seasonal side dish^^

Ingredients
  • Branch

  • Soy sauce
    2~3spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • sesame salt
    1~2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut eggplant into pieces and place in steamer.
Boil it in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes and cool it down.
STEP 2/5
Tear into bite-size pieces and squeeze out the water.
STEP 3/5
Please prepare the seasoning.
(2.5 spoons of soy sauce for home + 1 spoon of sesame oil + 1/2 spoon of minced garlic + 2 spoons of sesame salt)
STEP 4/5
Mix the prepared eggplant in the seasoning.
STEP 5/5
Soft and savory eggplant. Enjoy^^
If you don't steam the eggplants enough, the texture will creak. And because the steamed eggplant produces a lot of moisture, you have to squeeze the water out to make it not salty enough even if you season it later :)
