Delicious side dish stir-fried potato salad, clean and delicious
I made delicious and clean stir-fried potatoes with potatoes, a national crop. I used the Jongwon Baek's tip, and I cooked it more deliciously. Let's go!!

Cooking Steps

Peel the potatoes well, slice them into 0.5cm thick pieces, and shred them.

Cut carrots into the same size as potatoes.

Cut bell peppers into thin slices rather than potatoes and carrots. Cut bell peppers well if you shred them so that you can see the inside, not the shiny part.

The Jongwon Baek's tip!! When the water with 1 teaspoon of salt boils, add the shredded potatoes and boil them for about 2 minutes. Starch also falls out a lot, and it's clean because it doesn't break when stir-frying.

On a pan with plenty of cooking oil, stir-fry carrots and onions first (medium heat),
