STEP 1/8
Cut the apples and onions roughly into large pieces to grind in a blender.
*Before, I always put apples in bibimjang, but the sweet ones are delicious even if you don't add a lot of sugar~
STEP 2/8
2. Slice 1 cucumber to 1/2 thinly and shred finely. The other half will be ground with apples.
3. Chop the white part of the green onion.
STEP 3/8
Grind apples, onions, black garlic, cucumbers, wine, plum extract, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar in a blender.
*It was refreshing when I ground it in the cucumber sauce.
STEP 4/8
Gochujang and red pepper powder in finely ground seasoning.Add green onion, pepper, and sesame oil to complete the sauce.
*It's a bit dark because I added black garlic.
(It tastes better when aged in the refrigerator overnight.)
STEP 5/8
Cold noodles get stuck when you boil them
Take it off on the way.
STEP 6/8
Boil in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, rinse in cold water, and drain.
*When white starch water doesn't come out when you're rolling around
Rinse to drain.
STEP 7/8
Cut the boiled egg into two pieces and the radish wrap into four pieces.
STEP 8/8
Place naengmyeon in a noodle bowl and complete with sauce, shredded cucumber, radish wrap, and egg.
*The color is a bit dark, but it was really good.
If you don't have black garlic, try making it with pickled garlic.
I was surprised that my family ate so well.
Noodles and ramen are good, even if it's not kudzu naengmyeon.
Black garlic doesn't have a strong garlic taste and is sweet, so it's good for bibim naengmyeon seasoning.
