Glazed sweet potatoes
Sugar charging! I suddenly want to eat sweet mattang. I'll explain it in the simplest way possible.

  • sweet potato

  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the sweet potatoes well and peel them.
STEP 2/10
Cut sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces to make them easy to eat.
STEP 3/10
Marinate in water for 10 minutes to remove starch,
Add a spoonful of brown sugar to prevent browning.
STEP 4/10
Place the sweet potatoes in a different bowl and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Use a kitchen towel to wipe the remaining water off the sweet potatoes.
Be careful not to splash oil when frying sweet potatoes.
STEP 6/10
Add cooking oil and fry sweet potatoes in a heated frying pan.
Turn it upside down until it's golden brown.
STEP 7/10
Poke the sweet potato with chopsticks to see if it's cooked well,
From then on, please leave 2 spoons of cooking oil in the frying pan. (Don't throw it away, take it out separately and use it again when you fry eggs later.)
STEP 8/10
Add 2 spoons of brown sugar and 2 spoons of oligosaccharide and bring to a boil.
STEP 9/10
Roll it back and forth and wait for the mattang to boil down deliciously.
