STEP 1/12
The more onions you put in, the sweeter it is, the more delicious it is, so I used a huge big onion.
Chop the onion and stir-fry the butter in a pot.
The longer you stir-fry it, the better it tastes. (Today's recipe is a continuation of stir-frying.)
STEP 2/12
While the onions are being stir-fried, prepare the mushrooms by cutting them into bite-size pieces. I used three birdsong. (It's good to add mushrooms or oyster mushrooms)
STEP 3/12
The onion with butter is being fried~ But it's still far away.
I'm going to keep stir-frying it!
STEP 4/12
The more you stir-fry it, the more yellow the onion becomes.
It is a "caramelizing" process in which onions are roasted continuously until they turn brown to create a sweet taste and a unique flavor of onions.
This makes delicious curry with just onions.
STEP 5/12
When the onions are half caramelized, add mushrooms and stir-fry them together. I also dabbed pepper and salt.
If I had broccoli, I would have put it in with me...It's sad. (If you like it, put it in.)~)
STEP 6/12
If you stir-fry it, there's soot like this, so don't worry about it and just keep stir-frying it!
If you pour water and boil it later, that makes the curry taste better.
STEP 7/12
Stir-fry it until the color comes out. It's almost done.
STEP 8/12
Now pour water in here. Since it's for 4 people, I poured 600ml (about 3 cups of water).
STEP 9/12
Add curry when the water starts to boil. (4 pieces for 4 people)
For those who use powder, adjust the concentration by adding it little by little!
STEP 10/12
Melt it gently over low heat.
STEP 11/12
If the curry has melted well, boil it for a few more minutes and turn off the heat!!!
STEP 12/12
You can eat it on a plate.^^
I also fried some shrimp at home.
If you like spicy food, add Cheongyang red pepper or spicy red pepper powder,
If you like garlic, it's even better if you stir-fry sliced garlic or whole garlic when you stir-!
