STEP 1/8
Wash the pretty corbicula like pebbles with 1T of salt and spit out foreign substances.
*The corbicula was cleaner than I thought, so it took 20 minutes
I just put a little bit of it.
* I just washed it, but the water was white like rice floating water.
STEP 2/8
Please cut the bite with a knife like a pencil while you're clearing it.
You can chop it up.
STEP 3/8
Cut zucchini into half-moon slices.
*When I made it last time
The zucchini was so good that I put in a lot this time, so you don't have to put in any zucchini.
STEP 4/8
Chop the chives and red pepper, please.
*No green onion, green onion is good, and red pepper is not good
It's good to add green pepper.
*If the kids are going to eat it, the peppers
Leave it out.
STEP 5/8
Put kelp, radish, and water in a pot and boil the broth.
*The broth has corbicula, so it's made of kelp
I just put in the radish and boiled it.
STEP 6/8
When the broth boils, take out the kelp and mix the corbicula, zucchini, and miso and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/8
When the clams open their mouths and boil, season them with ground garlic, red pepper powder, and anchovy sauce.
*If the corbicula is not open, it may be damaged, so please throw it away.
*With miso soybean paste, no salt is added, and anchovy sauce is as savory as the seasoning, so I always use it when I season it.
STEP 8/8
When it's done, add chopped chives
In order to bring out the original taste, corbicula is usually eaten with clear soup, but it's not salty
I mixed miso and made it into soup, and the soup was really light and the corbicula was so chewy.
In addition to the soup, you can cook corbicula with rice, pancakes, and corbicula.
