Frozen pork belly ssamjang fried rice: This combination is enoug
Today, I made samgyeopsal ssamjang fried rice using frozen samgyeopsal. I really like frozen pork belly. When you eat cold ginseng, pickled green onions, radish, and lettuce are good, too I don't need anything else. I like eating rice, ssamjang, and meat. So I made fried rice that everyone likes with this combination.

Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
    200g
  • instant rice
    1ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Ssamjang

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, slice 1/2 green onions.
STEP 2/5
Place frozen pork belly in a medium heat frying pan and bake.
I'm going to add rice and stir-fry it, so I'm not cooking it until it's golden
If it's slightly bleached, turn it upside down and cut it.
STEP 3/5
Add the green onion and stir-fry it.
A minute is enough.
STEP 4/5
When it's cooked until it'
Add 1 bowl of rice and stir-fry it for 2 minutes.

Lastly, add 1/2 tablespoon of ssamjang
If you mix it well and stir-fry it, it's done.
