Diet Fried Rice - Milprep
I made it with vegetables such as Cheongyang peppers, garlic, and perilla leaves that are healthy but do not eat well as fried rice ingredients.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Stir-fry sweet potatoes, peas, and spam among the prepared ingredients first.
STEP 2/4
Then stir-fry brown rice, add perilla leaves, cheongyang peppers, and sliced garlic, and stir-fry with 1-2 spoons of oyster sauce.
STEP 3/4
Finally, add sesame oil and stir well so that it has a savory scent.
STEP 4/4
When the rice cools down, put it in a millipede container and go to the freezer! Go!
Among the stir-fried ingredients, Cheongyang chili pepper, garlic, and perilla leaves were added at the end to prevent the destruction of nutrients by frying them for too long, especially to maintain the fragrant taste and freshness of perilla leaves.
