Jeonju style bean sprout soup
I made it to make it easier to take care of the leftover bean sprouts at home

  • Bean sprouts
    1/2pack
  • Water
    600ml
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • egg
    1ea
  • fish sauce
    2spoon
  • Salt
    little
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Anchovy pack again
    1ea
  • seasoned laver
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, put bean sprouts, pack, and 600mL of water in an earthen pot, close the lid, and boil it
STEP 2/10
While the bean sprouts are boiling, chop 1 Cheongyang chili pepper
(If you like spicy food, you can add more.)
STEP 3/10
Season bean sprout rice soup with fish sauce instead of soy sauce.
Add 2 spoons of fish sauce, please.
STEP 4/10
Add salt and season. Don't put it all at once, but it's good to season it.
(I'm going to eat rice, so I added a bit of a strong seasoning.)

You can't leave out minced garlic, right? ^^

After seasoning it, add hot pepper and green onion

Add a lot of chili powder to make it spicy

Beat in the pepper powder and gently place the egg on top of the soup~^^

Bean sprout rice soup is the best when you eat it with seasoned laver^^
You have to control the amount of water. If the water overflows when it boils, you might have to open the lid, so it's good to add enough water so that it doesn't overflow even when it boils^^
