Fried egg with oyster sauce
A simple egg side dish was made with one oyster filling

Ingredients

  • Oyster sauce
    1.5TS
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1/2 onion, 1 handful of chives
Seasoning: 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce, a little pepper powder
STEP 2/8
Slice the onion thinly and chop the chives into 5cm lengths.
STEP 3/8
Mix eggs and 4 tablespoons of water in a bowl and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 4/8
Heat the pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and add onions for 2 minutes
Stir-fry it.
STEP 5/8
Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil on a medium heat pan and add egg water
Pour it in and make scrambled eggs.
STEP 6/8
Add 1.5 tablespoons of stir-fried onion oyster sauce, chives, and pepper powder and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
