STEP 1/8
Remove withered leaves from mugwort and wash thoroughly.
STEP 2/8
Put 1T of salt in boiling water and blanch mugwort for 1T
Please turn off the light right away.
*Put blanched mugwort in cold water and dry it
It's salty.
STEP 3/8
Blanched mugwort is mixed well with glutinous rice powder
Chop it up, please.
* Mugwort is not made with mugwort powder but blanched, so buy it in spring and blanch it in the freezer
You can store it and make it when you want to eat it.
STEP 4/8
Put glutinous rice powder, mugwort, salt, and sugar in a bowl
Mix the dough with hot water.
*If you knead it with milk and bake it in the oven
It becomes #Sugar rice bread that was popular before.
STEP 5/8
Cover the kneaded mugwort with plastic wrap, microwave it for 3 minutes, mix it once, and heat it for 3 minutes again.
*I cooked it for a total of 6 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Microwave rice cake sticks to your hands, so take it off little by little and mix it with white sediment.
*It's been a while since I had it, so I didn't know, but I think they wrapped it in white sediment so that it wouldn't stick.
STEP 7/8
Boil grain syrup and water in a pot.
(Add 1T of water to 3T of grain syrup and boil it.)
*You can't just dip grain syrup in it because it's hardened.
You can dip it when it's watery and boil it a little bit.
*The blanched mugwort is tough, so add a little water and freeze it in a plastic pack to eat once, so you can leave it and eat delicious mugwort rolls.
(I'm not crushing it)
*It's okay to make it tough when you mix it, but it becomes hard when you mix it.)
*Add 1/2C of hot water and knead it.
