Oven-baked rice donuts!
I made doughnuts baked in the oven using strong rice flour, almond flour, and cocoa powder without flour! Fried donuts are also delicious, but make this baked donut and try it. You can adjust the recipe and apply chocolate coating or glaze on both sides of the doughnut. It's a great recipe to decorate with toppings that you like^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Dissolve butter in a double boiler with milk and keep it at 40 (or microwave)
STEP 2/9
Beat in eggs lightly, add condensed milk and sugar and mix
STEP 3/9
Mix melted butter and milk together.
STEP 4/9
Add vanilla extract and mix lightly.
(Maybe by this time the sugar is almost melted. If the sugar is not melted enough, mix it a little more.)
STEP 5/9
Remove from the sieve and lightly mix the soft rice powder, cocoa powder, almond powder, and baking powder.
It's better to sift the powder ingredients once or twice in advance.
STEP 6/9
Mix with a whisk and when all is mixed, use a rubber spatula to arrange the dough and edges

Panning evenly in a donut pan
It's good to use a piping bag to pan it out!

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 for 13 minutes.

Dip the melted coated chocolate and decorate it with toppings!!

1. You can make glaze and dress it. 2. You should adjust the temperature and time slightly depending on your oven. I cooked it for 10 minutes in the middle and 3 minutes on the top. 3.
