Wash the radish clean and remove the skin
Cut it in a circle
It's better to have a thin one

Chop the radish into small pieces

Slice the green onions thinly

Add green onions to radish and season with sugar and salt first and mix well

Add pepper powder and mix well

Add vinegar and mix it well

Add omija or plum extract and mix well

Lastly, mix the radish well so that the sauce is soaked

Put it on a plate and it's done!
I like vinegar, so there's a lot of vinegar in it, but the ratio of the sauce is the most important So based on my recipe, you can add or subtract as much as you want
Radish needs to be thin so that it's easy to season and mix it's easy to mix
When you season the radish, use a strong force and mix it like you're rubbing it, so please note that it seeps much better!(The thicker you are!)
