Making Cream Cheese Butter Cookies

  • Soft flour
    150g
  • Sugar powder
    90g
  • Cream cheese
    80g
  • unsalted butter
    80g
  • Vanilla Extrack
    2g
  • egg

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place butter and cream cheese in a bowl and gently beat.
STEP 2/7
Add sugar powder and mix with a spatula to dissolve.
STEP 3/7
Add beaten egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth creamy
STEP 4/7
Sift the flour and mix it.
STEP 5/7
Place the dough in a piping bag
STEP 6/7
Squeeze into the desired shape in the oven pan.
STEP 7/7
Bake for 10 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven
[It may vary depending on the oven specification, so be sure to check the grilling color]
I used 855 for my fingers, but you can use another one ^^ Make sure to use room temperature butter and cream cheese!
