If I knew in the morning that today was 33 days, I would have gone to a pork belly restaurant for lunch... I went to a sushi restaurant and had lunch. Jjakkoong asked me to order food, but I pretended I didn't hear it. I woke up the kid who was sleeping and ate out. I ate outside. I only went to the bank and the mart these days, but I really wanted to go out and eat it. ^^;; I came in after eating too much lunch, so I wanted to pass dinner, but the two men had to eat dinner, so I made stir-fried pork belly with bean sprouts. My acquaintance asked me what I ate on Samgyeopsal Day, so I found out it was March 3rd. Did you all know?

Cooking Steps

I added 3T of red pepper powder, 3T of soy sauce, 2T of cooking wine, 1T of oligosaccharide, 1T of ground garlic, 1T of sesame oil, and pepper to the sliced pork belly

Stir-fry the seasoned pork belly over high heat

Add onions and stir-fry them before the meat is fully cooked.
