Stir-fried bacon top-to-host
Self-employed people are busy dealing with ingredients in the refrigerator... Bean sprouts that I bought at the mart sale!! I'm sick of eating it with only seasoned food every time, so I stir-fried it. The sheep don't have to do the same! You can add or subtract ingredients!

    100g
  • Bacon
    100g
  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • leek
    little
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Oyster sauce
    2.5spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the bacon into appropriate sizes.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry it! (medium heat)
STEP 2/8

Stir-fry minced garlic until cooked.
STEP 3/8
When it's cooked, add bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms!
Turn the heat strong!
STEP 4/8
2.5 spoons of oyster sauce! Add it and stir-fry it
STEP 5/8
When the bean sprouts are out of breath, add green onions.
I like chives and chives, too.^^
STEP 6/8
I added a bit of red pepper powder while stir-frying it. (It's optional)
STEP 7/8
Lastly, add sesame seeds and stir-fry it slightly.

These are the ingredients I chose to use in my refrigeratorHaha If you don't have bacon, it's good to fry only vegetables or vegetables + eggs!^^ You can use fish cake, too. You can add more vegetables because it's chopped carrot and onion^^!(But if it's too much, add more sauce.)~)
