STEP 1/8
Add the glass noodles to the boiling water.
I used the pre-cut noodles filled with paper cups.
(It's best to soak the glass noodles in water for about an hour in advance!
But you can't call it in advance, and you might suddenly want to eat japchae in the evening, so you can just use it~)

Wash well-cooked glass noodles in cold water
Make sure to drain.

Place 1/2 pre-made paper cup in a heated wok or pot.
Add the noodles that have been squeezed right away.

Mix evenly until dry and cook.

Add onions and green onions when there is no water.

Turn off the heat when the onions and green onions are out of breath.

Add the rest of the vegetables while turning off the heat.
To bring out the crunchy texture
Add chives and paprika (other crunchy vegetables) while turning off the heat

Add the ingredients, mix well, and heat up the sesame oil,
Lastly, add sesame seeds and wrap it up
One of the things you fail with is the glass noodles
It's because it's not cooked properly.
You often fail because of the undercooked glass noodles.
Here's a tip to boil glass noodles without failing!
Don't just cut the hot side and check it out. Soak it in cold water and cut it off~
After putting it in cold water, it's easily cut off. Only the girl is not half-cooked, and it's well-!
