Cooking Steps

After preparing, cut a can of red cabbage in half and cut out the wick and cut it not too thin
STEP 2/6
Spread the red cabbage so that it doesn't overlap in the dryer
Dry at high temperature for 4 to 5 hours in a food dryer
*You can cut it and dry it in the sun for 2 to 3 days
STEP 3/6
It's a purple red cabbage
STEP 4/6
In an oil-free pan, place on low heat and mix gently
Dry for 5 to 8 minutes and spread out on a tray to cool
STEP 5/6
Mix the cold red cabbage in the same way as number 4
Repeat 3 or 5 times
*FYI, I only did it three times
STEP 6/6
Red cabbage is purple, so I thought it would be purple if I made tea, but it's a light blue color
It tastes a bit bitter, but it's not bad to drink
