Frying pan pizza
It's a frying pan pizza dipped in tomato meat sauce. Try dipping bread made by easily fermenting with stretched mozzarella. Anyone can make it easily with an oven :) Add toppings to your liking and enjoy the deep sauce. It's good even if you make it with curry!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/21
#Ready
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place butter at room temperature beforehand.
- Sift the strong flour and Parmesan cheese powder.
(Prepare the tomato meat sauce while the bread is being baked.)
- Chop the onion.
- Slice the garlic.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
- Cut the raw mozzarella cheese into 2~3 pieces.
- Wash the rosemary and drain it.
STEP 2/21
Add strong flour, parmesan cheese powder, sugar, and salt and mix.
STEP 3/21
Place water and milk in heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 40 seconds.
STEP 4/21
Dissolve dry yeast in the heated liquid ingredients (water + milk).
STEP 5/21
Add liquid ingredients to powder (strong flour + parmesan cheese powder + sugar + salt) and mix well.
STEP 6/21
Add butter to dough mixture and lump together to mix ingredients well.
STEP 7/21
If the ingredients are mixed to some extent, knead for 15 minutes while kneading. (Hit to the floor for 5 minutes.)
STEP 8/21
Wrap the dough together to smooth the surface, make dough eyes, pinch and seal.
STEP 9/21
Place the eyes on the bottom and divide the dough evenly into 8-9 pieces.
STEP 10/21
Round each block, roll up the surface smooth, make eyes, pinch and seal. (See video)
STEP 11/21
Place the dough's eyes on the bottom, cover it with plastic wrap, and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
STEP 12/21
Place each dough on the edge of a frying pan and ferment at 30 degrees room temperature for 35 minutes.
STEP 13/21
Add olive oil to another frying pan, stir-fry minced onion and sliced garlic. (Until the onion is transparent)
STEP 14/21
Add the meat and stir-fry it.
STEP 15/21
Add the tomato sauce (so that the ingredients can be immersed in the tomato sauce), add the chopped cherry tomatoes and bay leaves together and simmer.
STEP 16/21
Add two pinch of salt and mix.
STEP 17/21
Place the tomato meat sauce in the middle of the frying pan.
STEP 18/21
Place mozzarella cheese on top so no tomato sauce is visible.
STEP 19/21
Sprinkle with pepper.
STEP 20/21
Put the rosemary on top, please.
STEP 21/21
Bake for 20 minutes in a 180-degree preheated oven.
If you bake bread dough without sauce, you can enjoy it like morning bread.
