STEP 1/6
Press the meat with a kitchen towel to remove the blood and cut it into cubes
Put brown rice oil + sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry meat, minced garlic, and soy sauce
STEP 2/6
Add radish and stir-fry together, stir-fry until the beef is fully cooked
STEP 3/6
Add the cabbage and pour the dried pollack broth
Add a lot of meat to make it taste good, so it doesn't matter if there's no broth or water again
When adding water, it's better to add a piece of kelp and boil it together and take it out
STEP 4/6
Boil the cabbages until they are tender, and scoop out the bubbles in the middle
STEP 5/6
Season with salt, add green onions and turn off the heat. It tastes better if you add more green onions
STEP 6/6
It tastes much better with pepper when you scoop out the soup
When you cook beef soup, it's more refreshing and neat if you add dried pollack broth than any other broth.
