Ultra-simple egg dish: Japanese-style egg over rice Tenshin Port
Today, I'm going to make a simple Japanese-style rice with eggs I made a dish called Tenshin Port. There are probably a lot of strangers because it's Japanese-style Chinese food. Soft eggs and sweet and sour sauce go well together. Anyone can easily make the ingredients with eggs and creamy. Make sure to follow along!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, I'll put in two eggs
I'll tear the 3 pieces of crabmeat into small pieces
Mix it well.
STEP 2/6
Next, please make the sauce right away.
1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar,
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, mixing well.

When the sauce boils up
Add starch water and boil it until it's thick
The sauce is done!
STEP 4/6
Put egg water in a frying pan over medium heat
Cook while mixing well with chopsticks like scrambled eggs.
STEP 5/6
Don't cook it too much
Cook until the top is moist enough.
STEP 6/6
Put an egg on top of hot rice
I'll pour a lot of sauce
Cut the green onions and put it on top. It's done.

    It's good to make it simple for my kid's lunch. I think it took less than 10 minutes to prepare the ingredients. I should cook more often on days like today when I don't want to cook.
