*The bean shell is floating a lot, so wash it until it is not open and rinse it until clear water comes out.
*You washed it three to four times.

2. Wash boiled corn with water and date
Wash it thoroughly, turn it around, and shred it.

3. Put five-grain rice, corn, jujube, and water in an iron pot without soaking it, and when it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium heat, and when the bubbles decrease, reduce it to low heat again.
*If you want to eat nurungji like me, you can press it on medium heat, and if you don't like nurungji, boil it on medium heat and then let it boil over low heat.
STEP 4/4
Spread rice and pour water on the nurungji and boil it to complete the nurungji.
*In an electric rice cooker, pressure rice cooker, and pot, soak grains for about 30 minutes.
The iron cooker is made without soaking rice, but you can soak it in an electric rice cooker, a pressure rice cooker, and a pot for about 30 minutes.
You can add ginkgo, chestnut, or pine nuts instead of corn or jujube.
