Tangerine jam: Once again, squishy tangerines
I bought tangerines in a box, so I was in trouble because they were so white and moldy. It's moldy. I had to throw it away, but I opened it quickly and put it in the refrigerator. I made tangerine jam.

    620g
  • a faraway party
    300g
  • Honey
    3TS
  • lemon juice
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
a tangerine that has been removed from its skin
STEP 2/6
Grind finely in a blender
STEP 3/6
Put sugar in the tangerine juice and boil it
The color would be prettier if I added white sugar, but I added brown organic sugar
STEP 4/6
I added honey and boiled it...It's okay not to put it in
STEP 5/6
When the tangerine begins to boil down, add lemon juice and turn off the heat when the jam concentration (half down)
If you don't have lemon juice, skip it
STEP 6/6
*You don't have to stir it until it shrinks to 1/3 or stir it not to press it afterwards.
Please throw away tangerines that are starting to mold white. They say that you can't even take it off partially and eat it. (The ones I made with tangerines were not moldy, but squishy ones.)And after picking out the mold, normal tangerines are soaked in coarse salt water for about 5 minutes, washed, dried, and stored to prevent mold.
