Hello, I'm Cooking Cook. Instead of pork belly that I used to eat often, I tried Porketa, which I bought in bulk and rolled into kimbap : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBI4o3WPp9YyQai-GMNXywA/?sub_confirmation=1 Shortcut to recipe video: https://youtu.be/xm7qN6N-Tr8

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The shell plays an important role. Please prepare pork belly instead of pork belly.
STEP 2/8
Divide the middle of the meat and spread it in half.
STEP 3/8
Add thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and lemon zest and grind them in a blender to make the porketa filling.
STEP 4/8
Fill the pork with a wide filling of pochetas
STEP 5/8
Roll up the pork and tie it with cotton thread so that it doesn't ruin its shape
STEP 6/8
Bake at 125 degrees for 2 hours and cook the filling
STEP 7/8
Bake at 230 degrees for 15 minutes, turn it upside down, and bake for 15 minutes until the outer skin is crispy.
STEP 8/8
You can cut it into appropriate sizes and serve it.
