I don't like porridge when I buy it, but I like porridge that I make at home, so I often boil pine nuts and pumpkin porridge. Even if you're not sick, have a warm day with savory and light pine porridge that's good for nutrition and delicacy^^

Ingredients
  • Sticky rice
    1paper cup
  • pine nut
    2~3spoon
  • Water
    3~4paper cup
  • Salt
    1/2~2/3ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Soak 1 cup of rice enough.
I used it early the next morning after soaking it before going to bed.
STEP 2/4
Put soaked rice, pine nuts, and 2 cups of water in a blender and grind.
STEP 3/4
Pour ground rice and pine nut water into a pot and start boiling over medium heat. (Add 1 to 2 cups water) Stir with a wooden spatula to prevent sticking to the floor and reduce to low heat when it starts to boil.
(Boiling time: 20 minutes in total)
STEP 4/4
Lastly, season with salt and put it in a bowl and enjoy it.
If you want a more savory taste, you can stir-fry pine nuts in a dry pan and grind them.
