Cooking Steps

As always, beginners like us make the sauce first. It's still hard to make a high-quality sauce among foods.
And cut the ingredients in the shape you want to eat. It's hard to cut, but I don't expect a pretty shape. Tear mushrooms into small pieces.

Today's point is cutting sundae. Be sure to soak the packaged sundae in hot water while using vegetables, or remove the package slightly and microwave it for about 2 minutes. Because the glass noodles are a little dry, if you just cut them, they're going to be cut that messy. (I got in trouble for cutting it messy.)

Put all the vegetables except chives and perilla leaves in the royal pan and mix them well, sprinkle 2 pieces of cooking oil with an adult spoon, and turn on the heat.

If you stir-fry it for about 4 minutes, the vegetables will be out of breath. Now, sprinkle the sauce that I made with excitement and shake it!

Stir-fry it for 2 minutes, and then add the sliced sundae. And shake it, shake it shake it. Stir-fry sundae for 2 minutes if it is cooked in the previous step, and for 5 minutes if it is not cooked.

When it's cooked, add chives and perilla leaves and mix them together before serving.
