Making Sumi's side dishes, Bibim Japchae
I wanted to try Bibimdangmyeon, but I couldn't eat Bibimdangmyeon even when I went to Busan for various stories. Meanwhile, Sumi's side dishes made bibimdangmyeon, so I made it with that recipe. It's a delicious bibimdangmyeon recipe because it's not hard to make and you can slurp it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
1. Soak the glass noodles in water for 40 minutes.

2. Add green onion, minced garlic, brewed soy sauce, sugar, cheongyang red pepper, red pepper powder, 1/2Tbs sesame oil, and make the sauce.
