  • Radish

  • Salt

  • Sunflower seed oil

  • crushed garlic

  • Sesame

  • perilla oil

Cooking Steps

Cut the large radish into 1/3 pieces and the small one into 1/2 pieces so that it is not too thin

Add 1 tbsp salt and mix well and marinate for 5 minutes
Drain the pickled radish from the strainer

Put sunflower oil in the pan and stir-fry minced garlic first
Add the drained radish and stir-fry
