One of France's most famous desserts, creme broule!! I made it easy to make it with no oven. If you interpret it in Korean, it means burnt cream!!   • Eggs

  • Milk
    300ml
  • Sugar
    50g
  • Vanilla Extrack
    1g
  • potato starch
    20g

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add the yolk, sugar and starch and mix.
STEP 2/7
Add vanilla extract to milk and heat it to 60 to 70 degrees.
STEP 3/7
Add the heated milk and mix well.
STEP 4/7
Heat in medium heat to thicken.
STEP 5/7
Strain to soften.
STEP 6/7
After putting it in a cup, let it cool in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
STEP 7/7
Place a tablespoon of sugar (about 10g) on top and make caramel with a torch.
I caramelize it right before you eat it. Over time, the caramel melts due to the cream moisture, so it is not crispy.
