Season the rice. We don't have white rice, so we made it instant rice. Actually, I didn't have any rice left. It's okay to make it multi-grain rice. You can chew it more tightly.

Prepare natto. A lot of companies sell natto these days. There is soy sauce and mustard sauce in it. Add the packaged seasoning and mix in the natto. The more thread-like substances that come out of mixing, the better for the body. Mix chopped or chives together in the packaging seasoning. Then it's good to look at with a green color added to the greasy burden.

Take shape. I used it because I had a sushi mold, but you can just scoop up about three-quarters of the rice and make a slightly flat shape. (It gets too big when you scoop it up.)

Cover the rice with the cut seaweed. There should be some space between rice and dried laver. You can put natto on the space.
