Cut the potatoes into quarters.

Put potatoes and water in a plastic bag and tie it to make a hole.

Microwave for 5 minutes twice.

Mash the potatoes and chop the green peppers into small pieces and mix.

Slice the carrot thinly. (Slice the vegetables you want, such as cabbage, thinly.)

Cut the top of the green pepper.

Grill pork belly over low heat and put grilled pork belly on a kitchen towel to remove oil.

Place the smooth part of the seaweed on the bottom and put the potatoes on top.

Put perilla leaves and put the rest of the ingredients on top.

If you roll up the ingredients except for seaweed and potatoes, the full green pepper potato gimbap is complete!
If you're a beginner, you can make gimbap more easily if you make it with two pieces of seaweed.
