Making tuna ssamjang with cabbage
I think I always make dinner menu with leftover ingredients for baby food. Not too long ago, I bought cabbage, made baby food, and used leftover ingredients to cook cabbage There's nothing like ssambap when it comes to cabbage dishes!!!

Ingredients
  • canned tuna

  • Cabbage

  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • Soybean paste
    1spoon
  • red pepper paste
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
  • Sugar
    1/3spoon
  • Sesame oil
    little
  • Water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, chop onions, cheongyang peppers, and green onions to make them easy to eat
STEP 2/8
Filter the tuna oil separately, but don't throw it away and put it in a pot (Cham instead of cooking oil).It tastes better if you use dental oil.)
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry onions and green onions in an oiled pot
STEP 4/8
When it's fried to a certain extent, mix 1 spoon of soybean paste, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, and water.
STEP 5/8
Add 1/2 spoon of red pepper powder, 1/2 spoon of minced garlic and 1/3 spoon of sugar and boil until thickened
STEP 6/8
If it's cooked enough, add tuna and hot pepper and boil it
STEP 7/8
Stir and boil it so that the seasoning and tuna meat mix well!! Lastly, add a little bit of sesame oil and wrap it up
STEP 8/8
Put the cabbage in a pot and steam it for 5 to 10 minutes using steam, and it's done!!

    I didn't have soybean paste, so I chose ssamjang. I skipped minced garlic because it was in ssamjang, but it was so delicious!!! I ate a lot but I ate it all that day Thank you for the recipe
