Preheat the pen, add a little oil, and stir-fry fish cakes and onions.

Reduce heat to low, beat egg on top and cover.
about 1 minute on low heat
If you break the egg and turn it upside down, it cooks faster.

Put fish cake patty on top of it.
Sprinkle mayonnaise as much as you want, put vegetables on top, and cover the top with a lid
If you have a pickle, you can put it in.
It tastes better if you add pickles or halipino olives.
