Ingredients
  • Beef belly meat
    150g
  • Tofu
    1/4piece
  • Pumpkin
    1/2ea
  • King oyster mushroom
    1/2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • Red and blue chili peppers
    1ea
  • Water
    800ml
  • Soybean paste
    1.5~2TS
  • cooking wine
    1TS
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop pumpkin, onion, green onion, saesongi mushroom, cheongyang pepper, and red cheongyang pepper into small pieces
STEP 2/8
Cut tofu into squares
Cut the beef belly into small pieces, too
STEP 3/8
Put 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in a pot and stir-fry the beef belly
STEP 4/8
Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine and stir-fry.
STEP 5/8
Pour water and bring to a boil
Remove the impurities and oil
STEP 6/8
After dissolving the soybean paste, add the pumpkin, onion, pine mushroom, and green onion.
STEP 7/8
Add tofu and cheongyang red pepper and bring to a boil when the pumpkin is almost cooked
STEP 8/8
I put it in a pot to put on the table.
It'd be better to put it in an earthen pot.
