Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I'm making 2 jajang ramen, and I put in half-geun for pork jajang. Hahaha. I don't think it'll be useful to leave a small amount, so I'm going to put in a lot of meat. Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine and mix.

I cut 2 roots of green onion and cabbage and onion into similar sizes

Pork doesn't have much oil because it's for jajangmyeon. Stir-fry the meat in green onion oil and cook it.

After the meat is cooked, add onions and cabbage and coat it with oil

Pour in a cup of water. If I don't add water, it'll be dry, right

Add 1T of red pepper paste, 1T of oyster sauce, and 2 jajang soups.

Now mix it well, I added water, and since the onions and cabbages are getting water, I left it boiling over low heat

Boil noodles and ingredients in boiling water for 3 minutes and drain.

If you add noodles to the jajang sauce and the oil in the jajang ramen, the jajang ramen that looks like ganjajang is complete
