Wash and cut onions, green onions, kkari peppers and red peppers

Press lightly with a kitchen towel to remove the moisture, cut it into bite-size pieces, and place it on a frying pan
(If you preheat the pan while preparing the tofu, the tofu absorbs less oil. Be careful of the oil.)

If the tofu is cooked well back and forth, change it to medium heat so that it doesn't burn.
(It's chewy and more savory to the point where you think it's a little hard.)

Add all the prepared vegetables, add red pepper powder, soy sauce, and oligosaccharide, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Add 1/3 paper cups of water, dab pepper twice, turn off heat after 5 minutes, add green onion and sesame salt, and close the lid. You can just eat it or you can eat it after cooling it down.^^
If you don't like the crunchy pepper, boil it for another 5 minutes^^
