STEP 1/12
Prepare ingredients by actively using vegetables in the refrigerator.
Prepare the vegetables in bite-sized pieces to make them easier for children to eat.
I also have the sauce ready.
STEP 2/12
Put smoked duck meat on the frying pan without adding oil.
The duck's own oil is enough to cook.
STEP 3/12
Prepare the other crater by boiling water.
STEP 4/12
When oil comes out of the duck, push it to both sides and put onions on top
STEP 5/12
Stir-fry zucchini on top when onions are transparent.
STEP 6/12
Stir-fry zucchini and onion moderately and add 1t of salted shrimp.
STEP 7/12
Add minced garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 8/12
In the meantime, when the water boils, add the prepared noodles.
STEP 9/12
While the noodles are being boiled, stir-fry the prepared soy sauce.
STEP 10/12
Add chives at the end, stir-fry once, and turn off the heat.
The chives are cooked with residual heat.
STEP 11/12
When the noodles are fully cooked, put them on a sieve and rinse them with cold water.
STEP 12/12
Place noodles and stir-fried zucchini on a plate and cut duck into small pieces and garnish on top.
It's done!
My tip is to use smoked duck to add flavor.
If you don't have smoked duck, you can use pork and beef
Vegetables can be replaced with any vegetables in the refrigerator!
