Boiled Tofu: Make it easy with the least amount of ingredients
Usually, when you cook tofu, to prevent it from breaking and to add savory taste, you grill it first in a pan with cooking oil and boil it down Sometimes, they make and eat tofu quickly without baking it to preserve the original texture of tofu. It's moist, so it's good to mix with rice, and I recommend it because it's easier to cook. :)

  • Tofu
    1piece
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
    1/2piece
  • Sea tangle
    1piece
  • Water
    100ml
  • brewed soy sauce
    3spoon
  • salted anchovies
    2/3spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
  • Sugar
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please cut the ingredients into bite-size pieces and prepare them.
STEP 2/5
Mix together the seasoning.
(Water 100 ml + marinated soy sauce 3 + red pepper powder 1 + anchovy sauce 2/3 + minced garlic 1/2 + sugar 1/2)
STEP 3/5
Place ingredients in pan and pour seasoning with 1 piece of kelp. Bring to a boil over medium heat for 4 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Reduce the heat to low and boil it down for another 4 minutes with the slanted green onions.
STEP 5/5
Moist braised tofu is done!
It's a very easy way to make it when you don't have enough ingredients. Next time, I'll bring a recipe for braised tofu that I can eat more deliciously :)
