  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Beat in 2 eggs and a pinch of salt and bake the egg in a heated pan.
STEP 2/5
Chop the egg into 1cm wide slices.
STEP 3/5
Boil noodles, rinse in cold water and drain.
STEP 4/5
Mix the seasoning and mix with the noodles.
STEP 5/5
Place noodles in a bowl and top with egg garnish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and it's done.
Make sure to bake two eggs for one person. A ton of sugar in the sauce is also a tip. I've made it without sugar, so it tastes better when it goes in.
