Material preparation
- I prepared sliced and frozen green onions.

- Put water and stock ingredients in an earthen pot and boil them over high heat

- trimming vegetables while boiling the broth
- Cut the zucchini into 4 pieces and cut it into big ugly pieces
- Cut potatoes, tofu, and onions into equal sizes
- Slice green onions, cheongyang peppers, and red peppers diagonally

- When it starts to boil, boil it over low heat for 10 minutes and take out the ingredients

- Mix soybean paste and ssamjang well, add potatoes and zucchini, and boil it with a lid on
Tip. If it's going to overflow, you can open the lid and boil it.

- When the potatoes are cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and boil

- When the onions are all cooked, doenjang-jjigae is done!
- When you taste it after dissolving the soybean paste and ssamjang, it becomes seasoned if you feel the rich taste of the salty soybean paste.
