Cut chives into 10cm lengths.

Put vinegar in boiling water and boil the jjolmyeon for 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Grease a heated pan and grill the seasoned pork belly until golden.

Add soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce, mix evenly, and then mix with jjolmyeon.

Add chives, vinegar, red pepper powder, sugar and sesame oil and mix lightly

Put bibim jjolmyeon, pork belly with large platter, and seasoned chives on a bowl to complete it.
