Honbab Menu: Chives Potato Pancake - crispy on the outside, chew
Pancakes that are made large and large at once are greasy, and there is a disadvantage that the stomach feels heavy when you eat them. So I started making it like this, and it was simple and delicious, so it became a favorite way to use it :)

Ingredients
  • leek
    2/3pack
  • Carrot
    1/2ea
  • onion
    1ea
  • Wheat
    2cup
  • potato starch
    1/2cup
  • Water
    2cup
  • fish sauce
    5spoon
  • perilla oil
    1spoon
  • Cooking oil
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Chop the chives into bite-size pieces (about 5cm for me) and shred the carrots and onions.
STEP 2/4
Combine all ingredients except cooking oil in one place.
It's better to put it in an airtight container. (What's left is refrigerated right away.)
STEP 3/4
Please prepare it by reducing the amount you want to fry right away.
STEP 4/4
Heat the pan, add cooking oil, scoop the batter into the desired size, and cook over low heat!
I put 5 to 6 spoons of fish sauce so that the dough itself is easy, but if you want to dip it in the soy sauce sauce prepared separately, please reduce the amount of fish sauce to 2 spoons in the recipe. And if you scoop thinly when you fry Jeon, it's more delicious because it's crispy outside. Instead of potato starch, you can grind a raw potato on a grater and put it in.
