Making stir-fried duck with wood ear mushrooms
Hello, I'm dried fish, Miss Anchovy. I think I've been spending a very busy day since last week I wish I had two bodies. Today, I'm going to make stir-fried wood ear mushrooms and duck that I made over the weekend. Shall we start now

건어물군멸치양
Ingredients
  • wood ear mushroom
  • Duck Meat
  • onion
    1ea
  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, put a fist of wood ear mushrooms and soak them. Drain the washed wood ear mushrooms in a strainer and leave them aside.
STEP 2/5
Put onions and carrots in a heated pan first.
STEP 3/5
If the onion and carrot are cooked to a certain extent, add the meat then add 2 spoons of oyster sauce.
STEP 4/5
Mix it so that the sauce is absorbed well and then add the wood ear mushrooms.
STEP 5/5
Sprinkle sesame seeds and complete it.
It cleans the dried mushrooms, but I think I removed the tip and hung it about three times

It's good. There's no duck, so I chose pork neck. I had oyster and bok choy at home, so I put them in together and it's good!!
