STEP 1/19
Rinse the cabbages one at a time and cut them into pieces
I made it with 5 cabbages wrapped in 500g. A total of 2.5kg

Pick up 5 handfuls of sea salt (other normal salt is fine if you don't have it) in the chopped cabbage, sprinkle evenly on the cabbage, and mix it up and down so that it is evenly pickled. A 500g cabbage and a pinch of salt
*Don't worry if it's salty with salt. Soak it to the desired level of saltiness and wash it several times in watering it

Mix with salt and let sit for an hour

I'll make the sauce while the cabbages are pickled
Mine is a small onion, so 4 onions

Three small pears. I didn't have a Korean boat, so I replaced it with a Western boat.500g of cabbage and 1/2 small pears

Three small apples. Half a small apple for 500g of cabbage

Grind them all finely. I'm too lazy to take out the electric mixer, so I just grind it with a manual hand mixer and use it with particles

Ground garlic 5T. Garlic ginger paste 3T
I don't use ginger often, so I use the ginger paste in the tube because it goes bad if I buy it. I like it because it's thick. Or you can add 3T of ground ginger

I posted how to make salted shrimp at home before. Homemade salted shrimp 5T.
And if you add 5T of anchovy sauce, it tastes better than just sauce. If you don't have anchovy sauce, add 3T of sauce and 2T of soy sauce
500g of cabbage, 1T of salted shrimp, 1T of salted fish sauce.

10T of red pepper powder. 500g of cabbage and 2T of red pepper powder

5T of sugar. 500g of cabbage and 1T of sugar

Tasteful Dasida 1T (If you don't like the taste, you can skip it)

After mixing all the seasoning

Wash 10 green onions thoroughly. Two green onions for 500g of cabbage.

Cut the green onions into 5cm apart and mix until the seasoning is doubled

When the cabbage is soft and salty, wash the cabbage in water to melt the salt grains

Squeeze the water out

Mix it with the sauce

If you put it nicely in the container, it's done! It came out in about 6 500ml airtight containers
If it's hard to get Korean cabbages overseas, you can find Chinese cabbages
