STEP 1/8
Disinfect the glass bottle with boiling water and dry it.
STEP 2/8
Wash the peaches in vinegar water and rinse them 2-3 times.
STEP 3/8
Please cut the washed peaches into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/8
When the water and sugar are boiled in a pot, add the cut peaches and boil them until the peaches are soaked. Squeeze the lemon when it boils.
It usually takes 7 to 8 minutes, but the peach is hard, so I finished it in 10 minutes.
STEP 5/8
peach jam
Peel peaches and cut them into small pieces, just like canned peaches.
You can grind it in a grinder.
STEP 6/8
Pour sugar over the peaches and mix them.
Mixing sugar and putting it in a pot will melt faster and shorten the time to make jam.
STEP 7/8
When the sugar melts and starts to boil, squeeze the lemon.
Lemon also acts as a preservative and makes it sweeter.
STEP 8/8
Bring to a boil over high heat and when it boils down, turn it down to medium heat and bring to a boil.
Put it in a sterilized glass bottle when it is hot and cool it down and store it in the refrigerator.
Originally, jam is made with 1:1 fruit and sugar, but I don't like peaches too sweet, so I only put half of sugar, but if you like sweet things, go with 1:1 peach and sugar.
The canned peach was firm, so I held it for 10 minutes and boiled the jam for an hour.
