Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the cucumber into 0.5-0.7cm pieces. (It's bitter on both ends, so throw it away!)

Soak cucumber in water for 15 minutes to drain. (4L enough to submerge a lot of cucumbers) If you try it and it's not salty enough. Please move on to the next step

Place starch syrup in a sieve and let stand for 15 minutes.

Water is coming out from here. Please throw this away.

As much water as possible! You can take it out.

Add red pepper powder and minced garlic to cucumber and mix well.

Lastly, add the green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil and rub it one more time.
